Laptop is good

It’s a good laptop for general use, processor is comparable to intel but at low cost.

I bought this HP laptop expecting a reliable machine backed by a trusted brand. What I received instead was a defective product right out of the box — and that was just the beginning of a nightmare0 .Performance , Quality is worst.
The laptop had serious issues from day one: random shutdowns, overheating, and hardware malfunctions. I immediately contacted HP customer support, expecting a simple return or repair process. What I got was weeks of runaround, scripted responses, and zero actual help.
HP flat-out refused to take responsibility. No replacement. No refund. No service. Just endless emails and phone calls with no resolution. It’s like they’re trained to stall until you give up.
HP has made it painfully clear: they do not care about their customers once the sale is made.
If you’re considering an HP laptop, do yourself a favor — go with Dell or literally any other brand that values its customers. This company is not what it used to be.
I’ll never buy HP again — and I strongly recommend others don’t either.

Build quality is good. Light weight. Colour is attractive. Keyboard is smooth but backlight is missing. Performance is average. Not for big data. AMD Ryzen has yet to prove itself. Specially on big data in Excel or in any MS office software. Booting speed is good. Not value for money. You can go wil other brands like acer…

I have been using this for a year now, and I am satisfied with the product. Although, the display is not very bright if you work outdoors, indoors you won’t have a problem. It’s decent when it comes to basic tasks like coding, excel and other office works. For storage, nowadays you have cloud, so storage also not a big deal. And for performance, don’t expect anything at this price. Given the price, it gives you a great value for money.
