The TGP of the graphics card is 50W not 75W as mentioned in images..
No Heating issues till now …played Hitman 3 at Ultra …70-100 Fps ….Temps. around 70-80 , if you turn on the the Max fan speed option, … easily it goes to 55-65°
Screen has some wobbling but ignorable
Has 2.25kg weight without charger
Decent sound quality
Display is also great
Battery life is also good ,one can easily do 4 hrs work of Ms Word if you lower the refresh rate and other settings which is decent for a gaming laptop
Build quality i would give 3.5/5 as it has totally polycarbonate build
Although a decent product if you can get it under 55k-58k

We bought a laptop for business purpose, but we received a defective one, its display didn’t work from the very first day. we contacted Amazon and told to replace it. but Amazon said will arrange an inspection from HP service and decide after that. hp service person came after 9 days from the date of purchase and did something then it worked well. but again the next day, display gone off again. when we contacted HP service, they replied after one week and said they cant replace the laptop because it is already more than 14 days from the date of purchase and then can only repair the laptop. when i tried to explain its their fault in delaying to appoint for service person after nine days. he was not all listening and trying to convince us that we should suffer with defective one because we can chosen HP. Terrible service, terrible laptop.

Received a laptop Dead on Arrival (DOA).
🚫 Amazon Support Failure
Getting a live Amazon agent was a nightmare; the chat/call AI is a non-functional loop. When I finally connected, the agent refused a replacement, pushing me to HP support and incorrectly promising a technician visit in 24-48 hours.
🛠️ Delayed & Inconsistent Resolution
HP reached out 24 hours later, asking for the same troubleshooting steps already performed. After confirming the fault, HP stated a technician would arrive in 3-5 business days, directly contradicting Amazon’s timeline. The SLA times were completely inconsistent.
💔 Major Inconvenience
I exchanged my old, working laptop for this non-functional “brick.” I am now left without a device and stuck in a multi-day delay for a new, expensive purchase.
Verdict: Amazon prioritizes troubleshooting over immediate replacement for DOA items. Never buying expensive electronics from Amazon again

Is this such a good laptop, tell me, after 1.5 months of purchase the motherboard is defective, I have changed technician 3 times and after that they installed a totally wrong motherboard, mine was RTX 3050, they installed an RTX 2050 motherboard and left, I have been using it for 1.5 months, it is more than 1.5 months now, it is defective

– Build quality is superb
– camera and mic are decent
– keyboard quality and heat sync is awesome as well
– Battery life depends on the work you do
– GAMING(Heavy Tasks) – 30-40 minutes (on full charge)
– Multitasking or offfice or school – 3- 4 hourse (on full charge)
– Multitasking on battery saver – 4-5 hours (on full charge)
– Ports – enough ports but you may need a usb hub for instance if you got more peripheralSs
– Performance – Top notch

– Screen wobble
– display is awesome but it is not 100% srgb as stated in the description of this product

Performace wise it is awesome if you are a budget gamer, student or whatever task you do it performs well in most of the areas except for video editors and desginers (cause they have to deal with color grading)

I purchased a HP Victus laptop recently, and overall I’m very happy with the deal. The laptop arrived exactly as described in the listing, with no issues in terms of performance or quality it’s solid and reliable, just what I expected from HP.
The only hiccup was with the warranty. When I checked on HP’s site, the warranty showed as starting in August 2025, which was actually the factory ship date. I had to reach out to HP support to get the start date corrected to my actual purchase date. Thankfully, their support team was quick, efficient, and made the process easy, so it wasn’t a big hassle.
One area that could be improved is the delivery experience. Since this is a high-value product, I expected an open-box delivery for added assurance. Even after requesting it, that didn’t happen. While the laptop itself was perfect, Amazon could definitely enhance the delivery process for expensive items like this.
Overall, I’m satisfied with the purchase the laptop is excellent, the support was smooth, and the price was a good deal. Just a note that delivery handling could be better.

I received a defective laptop. As soon as I unboxed it and turned it on for the first time, I noticed lines on the display. These lines move randomly and keep changing position, which makes the laptop unusable.
I contacted Amazon immediately to request a replacement, but my request was denied. I then asked for a refund, which was also denied. Amazon insisted on arranging a technical visit, but no technician has come so far.
I am now stuck with a defective product that was faulty from the moment it was first powered on.
