Laptop speed is good however sound quality is worst, you need to buy Bluetooth speaker while purchasing this laptop. Full charge will be charged in an hour and battery lasts for 3-4 hours. I bought the blue colour laptop but it’s seems like black colour don’t know. The performance of the laptop is good enough but not suits for higher end professionals like coder, designer, etc. And please note they only provide m365 basics for an year only after you have to pay for that

Fabulous 😍 display the colours are vibrant deep blacks and the 16inch panel is cherry 🍒 on top . This is the best display you can get under 50k in my opinion.
Performance 👉
Daily use no issues at all it can handle multiple apps at the same time. I am not a gamer so can’t say anything about that.
Sound 👉
For a small to medium room it is loud and clear no issues but if there is a lot of ambience noise than you will need external speakers.
So if you are not a gamer and you love watching movies shows animation believe me this is absolutely the best 💯😍😍✨

Pros:
Very good display, camera with privacy shutter, backlit keyboard , separate numeric keypad, ligjt weight but sturdy.
Cons:
Battery discharge is fast, even with word document. Only 2.30 to 3 hrs of life even for word documents.
Bought in this Oct 2025. Yet to test the overall performance.

I ordered an ASUS laptop on 7th August (delivered 12th Aug) and from day one it was defective with a display line. What followed was a complete nightmare. First, Amazon support told me to update it (waste of time). Then a technician came and confirmed it defective. After that, Amazon asked me to contact ASUS myself, wait for their technician, get a DOA certificate, and then submit it back to Amazon. The product was finally picked up on 26th Aug after multiple escalations.
The refund process is even worse—first they promised 3–5 working days, but later changed their words and said it will take 13 days (till 15th September). This is after they already took the laptop back! Different agents gave completely opposite information, delayed everything by weeks, and wasted my valuable time when I needed the laptop before my flight on 2nd Sept.
Amazon claims easy refund/replacement policies, but in reality, they hide behind confusing timelines and make the customer run around. This whole experience shows zero accountability, poor training of support staff, and no respect for the customer’s time.
Extremely disappointed. Don’t trust Amazon for expensive electronics—they deliver defective products, drag refunds endlessly, and leave you helpless.
